LIBRARY OPENING TIMES
Although students only visit the library once a week with their class, they may borrow more frequently. They can do so when the library is open during lunch or before school.
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY – 9:00-9:15 am:
The library is open to students who wish to borrow, return books or quietly read.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY – 1:45pm-2:10pm: Primary
TUESDAY, THURSDAY - 1:45pm-2:10pm: Infants
The library is open for students to borrow books, read, draw, access computers and play games.
LIBRARY – LUNCHTIMES
A number of Year 5 and 6 students volunteer to assist in the library at lunchtimes and in the morning. They do a great job helping other students, sorting and shelving books, organising the resources and generally helping with whatever needs to be done. Each monitor works for half of a lunchbreak every week with some volunteering for extra sessions.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
School holidays are a great time to catch up with books, perhaps by visiting the Milton or Ulladulla Shoalhaven City libraries. Books can be borrowed during holiday times except the Christmas and Summer Vacation.
Holidays are a good time to throw library bags into the washing machine.
